Sorry to ask, but, are Nigerians welcome to Software University?
Everybody is welcome, but I woudn't recommend it if you don't speak Bulgarian as all the lectures are taught in Bulgarian (even though the learning materials are in English). And don't be fooled by the 'University' part. It's not an actual university and you don't receive a bachelor's degree, just certificates which aren't worth much in Bulgaria, let alone abroad. There are plenty of websites online that offer courses in programming, that are in English, and would be way more useful to you (Udemy, edX, Coursera and so on).
