I need some advice about conversion rate optimization, I have a client and she sells baby clothes on her eCommerce store. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, the sales are drastically down and I need to optimize her store or offer some kind of discount or gift cards to users so our conversion rate can be better.

Any tips on how to increase conversions? I found a list of gift card plugin for WooCommerce stores if anyone has any expertise in WooCommerce gift cards please help.
