3 Simple Ways to Update Netgear N600 Router Firmware

  1. First and foremost, plug in your Netgear router near to your modem and connect them both with each other using an Ethernet cable.

  2. Pull up a browser on any WiFi-enabled device and enter Netgear router IP address or routerlogin.net.

  3. Netgear router login window displays.

  4. Type your router's default admin details.

  5. Choose the option Advanced, click on Administration, and then select Firmware Update option.

  6. Click on Check and your router will search for the new firmware version.

  7. On the off chance, if new the firmware is available, click on Yes.
