Hello!
I recently received a new graphics card, the sapphire RX 5700 XT, and it will not start after installing the computer.

Fans and LEDs work both in this case and for my CPU / GPU, but there is no display on my monitor. My power supply is an EVGA 500W Bronze and I think that may be the issue as the new graphics card recommends 600W. Obviously, I thought so, but I had read that these ratings usually run high and my computer doesn't use much power elsewhere. (Naive, I guess)

I can get a new power supply tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure that the computer could get enough power to start fans without being able to charge. Otherwise, I have a series of rabbit holes to get lost in to find a solution.
